For establishing RACKET, an ongoing program for the collection and distribution of feminine hygiene products to homeless women, and for raising awareness on policy issues related to mentruation and equality

2015 Awardee:

Amy Bonnaffons, St. Mark’s Church-in-the-Bowery

For service in the Episcopal Diocese of New York’s Rural & Migrant Ministry in upstate New York in various capacities including camp counselor, mentor, advocator and member of the Board of Directors

2014 Awardee:

Rachel Salvato, Grace Church, New York

For service mission trips to rebuild and help improve the homes of desolate families in West Virginia

For The Robert D. Jones Memorial Shelter, a homeless shelter for immigrant men

Heather Krulewski, St. Paul’s Church in Staten Island
For Episcopal Service Corps’ Episcopal Recovery Team of Staten Island to help rebuild homes damaged by Hurricane Sandy

For serving as the Outreach Intern through the Episcopal Service Corps to coordinate and assist in   various activities for the Church’s ongoing four volunteer ministries

Anthony Suggs, Grace Church in New York City in Manhattan
For Episcopal Diocese of New York’s Canterbury Downtown ministry to downtown universities as chaplain intern including various volunteer ministries

Andrea Tallent & Lisa Lipuma, Trinity Wall Street Church in Manhattan
For re-establishing and co-leading the Young Adult Group at the Church by organizing regular monthly programs

Kristin Vieira, The Parish of Calvary-St. George’s in Manhattan
For co-leading a two-week Forum class for parishioner call “The Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous for Everyone”
